Estate, New Delhi &#8211; 110002<\/p>\n<p>RTI application filed on            :      30\/08\/2010<br \/>\nPIO replied                         :      Not replied.\n<\/p>\n<pre>First appeal filed on               :      05\/10\/2010\nFirst Appellate Authority order     :      09\/11\/2010\nSecond Appeal received on           :      14\/12\/2010\n\nInformation Sought:-\n<\/pre>\n<p>       The appellant had asked the PIO regarding the Name and address of the Kerosene&#8217;s Depot, Ration<br \/>\nshops (FPS), Mandir&#8217;s, Church&#8217;s, Gurudwara&#8217;s, Masijid&#8217;s are situated in the NDMC areas by the permission<br \/>\nof NDMC.\n<\/p>\n<p>Reply of the Public Information Officer (PIO):-\n<\/p>\n<p>              Not mentioned.\n<\/p>\n<p>Grounds for the First Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>     Incomplete &amp; unsatisfactory information provided by the PIO.\n<\/p>\n<p>Order of the First Appellate Authority (FAA):\n<\/p>\n<p>       &#8220;I have gone through the appeal as well as the main RTI application and observe the information has<br \/>\nbeen provided to the appellant in the form of CD. Hence, as the requisite information has already been<br \/>\nprovided to the appellant, the appeal is disposed of. Ordered accordingly.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>Grounds for the Second Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>     Unsatisfactory &amp; incomplete information received from PIO &amp; FAA.\n<\/p>\n<p>Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present<br \/>\nAppellant: Mr. Mukesh Gupta;\n<\/p>\n<p>Respondent: Mr. Ashok Kumar Nevet, APIO &amp; FSO;\n<\/p>\n<p>       The appellant wants to know the address of FPS and KODs which are situated in religious places.<br \/>\nThere is no such list available but the PIO has provided a CD containing the complete list of all FPS and<br \/>\nKODs in Delhi. The Appellant claims that he wants the information in Hindi and information only about<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                                                                               Page 1 of 2<\/span><br \/>\n which of these shops in regional places. Since the information is not available in the format the Appellant<br \/>\nwants it cannot be provided.
