ANAND, J.\n<\/pre>\n<p>               On consensual basis, the petition is disposed with a direction<\/p>\n<p>that the learned Trial Court shall dispose of suit itself within a period of<\/p>\n<p>three months from the date, it comes to be listed before it for the first time.<\/p>\n<p>Both the parties shall get two adjournments each. Each adjournment shall<\/p>\n<p>not be for a duration of more than two weeks. If either party wants to<\/p>\n<p>examine any official witness, it shall be entitled to obtain dasti summons.<\/p>\n<p>However, non effecting of service upon that witness shall not enable the<\/p>\n<p>party to ask for another adjournment in addition to the indicated<\/p>\n<p>entitlement.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>January 14, 2009                                       (S.
