Earlier this Court granted temporary bail<br \/>\nvide order dated 25.8.2011 passed in Criminal Misc. Application<br \/>\nNo.12136 of 2011 by this Court. The said temporary bail period is<br \/>\ngoing to be expired on 8.9.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tI<br \/>\nhave perused the application and I have also perused the marriage<br \/>\ninvitation card. In view of the above circumstances, present<br \/>\napplication stands allowed partly. The temporary bail granted vide<br \/>\norder dated 25.8.2011 passed in Criminal Misc. Application No.12136<br \/>\nof 2011 by this Court, is extended upto 20.9.2011 and the applicant<br \/>\nshall surrender on 20.9.2011 at 5:30 p.m. before the jail Authority.<br \/>\nRule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
