Justice KURIAN JOSEPH\n\n Dated :25\/07\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                         KURIAN JOSEPH , J\n             ==================================\n                    W.P.(C) NO. 11842 OF 2006\n             ==================================\n               Dated this the 25th day of July, 2007.\n\n\n\n                               JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>     The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:<\/p>\n<p>     i. to issue a writ of certiorari quashing Ext.P4 as unjust, illegal<br \/>\n         and unconstitutional.\n<\/p>\n<p>     ii. to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to<br \/>\n         take effective steps to ensure that only Kannada knowing<br \/>\n         teachers also are appointed in linguistic minority school.<\/p>\n<p>     2. It is submitted that Ext.P4 Government order does not serve<\/p>\n<p>the purpose for which the law is made for appointing teachers in<\/p>\n<p>Kannada medium schools.
