P.C.&#8221; be deleted and also in the<\/p>\n<p>                      second   line of the     same    paragraph,   the    reference<\/p>\n<p>                      &#8220;Rs.30,000\/-&#8221; be corrected to be read as &#8220;Rs.40,000\/-&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Accordingly, the order dated 04.07.2011 is<\/p>\n<p>                      modified to the extent above.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Let the order be communicated through Fax at<\/p>\n<p>                      the cost of petitioner in connection with Jadia P.S.
