In<br \/>\npara 1 of the said report it is submitted that as per the order dated<br \/>\n28.02.2010 passed in OLR No.69 of 2010  the office of the OL<br \/>\nmaintains a list of approved panel valuers.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn<br \/>\nthe above, names of three approved valuers are suggested to which<br \/>\nnone of the party has any objection, if this court directs any one of<br \/>\nthose three approved valuers to carry out valuation report so far as<br \/>\ninventory of plant and machinery and other items of the company in<br \/>\nliquidation is concerned.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tConsidering<br \/>\nthe overall facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to<br \/>\nappoint GITCO as a valuer to carry out inventory \/ valuation of the<br \/>\nplant and machinery and other items of the company in liquidation as<br \/>\nearlier as possible and preferably on or before 16.08.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tS.O.\n<\/p>\n<p>to 16.08.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>[Anant<br \/>\nS.
