That, for this purpose, consent in writing has<br \/>\nbeen given by equity shareholders and preference shareholders  of the<br \/>\napplicant. That, there are no secured or unsecured creditors of the<br \/>\napplicant.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tConsidering<br \/>\nthe above, it is ordered that the meetings of equity shareholders and<br \/>\npreference shareholders of the applicant as required to be held under<br \/>\nSection 391(2) of the Companies Act, 1956 are not necessary to be<br \/>\nheld and are hereby dispensed with.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThis<br \/>\napplication is disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<p>(ANANT<br \/>\nS.
