Petitioner.\n                                        Versus\n                                 STATE OF BIHAR\n                                       -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.     26.10.2010                 Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                        and learned counsel for the State as also taking into<\/p>\n<p>                        account that the prayer for bail of the petitioner       was<\/p>\n<p>                        earlier rejected vide order dated 14.9.2009 in Cr. Misc.<\/p>\n<p>                        No.32541 of 2009 by giving observation that the he could<\/p>\n<p>                        renew his prayer for bail after a period of one year and that<\/p>\n<p>                        the petitioner has remained in further custody of one year<\/p>\n<p>                        from 14.9.2009 and in all he has remained in custody for<\/p>\n<p>                        more than 15 months,         this Court would direct the<\/p>\n<p>                        petitioner, namely, Dhaneshwar Mukhiya @ Bhulla @<\/p>\n<p>                        Raju to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                        10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                        amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>                        Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Jainagar P. S.<\/p>\n<p>                        Case No. 109\/2009, G. R. No. 1566\/2009, subject to the<\/p>\n<p>                        following conditions:-\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 (i) The two bail bonds will be furnished, one by<\/p>\n<p>                        the Government servant and the other by a close family<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                               2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>            relative.\n<\/p>\n<p>                        (ii) The petitioner will remain present in course<\/p>\n<p>            of trial on each and every day and his absence even for a<\/p>\n<p>            single day would automatically entail the consequences of<\/p>\n<p>            cancellation of his bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>                        (iii) The petitioner in case is now made accused<\/p>\n<p>            in any other criminal case, that would itself lead to<\/p>\n<p>            cancellation of his bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>                        Subject to the aforementioned conditions, the<\/p>\n<p>            prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed.<\/p>\n<pre>kanchan\/-                                  ( Mihir Kumar Jha, J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Dhaneshwar Mukhiya @ Bhulla @ Raju vs State Of Bihar on 26 October, 2010 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
