NAWADA.\n                                      Versus\n                                STATE OF BIHAR\n                                    -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2    21.12.2010               Heard Smt.Rina Sinha, learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                    petitioners as well as Smt.Indu Bala Pandey, learned<\/p>\n<p>                    Additional Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The petitioners who are in custody in Nawadah P.S.<\/p>\n<p>                    Case No.354 of 2010 for the offence under sections 25(1-<\/p>\n<p>                    B)(a)\/26\/35 of Arms Act have prayed for grant of bail.<\/p>\n<p>                              Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a<\/p>\n<p>                    raid was conducted in a house from where four persons were<\/p>\n<p>                    apprehended and from possession of two accused persons a<\/p>\n<p>                    country made pistol and live cartridges were recovered. He<\/p>\n<p>                    further submits that nothing has been recovered from the<\/p>\n<p>                    possession of the petitioners. Petitioners have clean<\/p>\n<p>                    antecedent. Petitioners are in custody since 30.8.2010.<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                  2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                         In view of the facts and circumstances, let both the<\/p>\n<p>               petitioners, Dipak Kumar and Jugnu Kumar, be released on<\/p>\n<p>               bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000\/- each with two<\/p>\n<p>               sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M.,<\/p>\n<p>               Nawada, in Nawadah P.S.
