Petitioner has misused the privilege of bail granted to<\/p>\n<p>                        him in a case under section 307 and other allied sections of I.P.C.<\/p>\n<p>                        and under the Arms Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   Petitioner is in custody since 14.6.2010.<\/p>\n<p>                                   In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the<\/p>\n<p>                        petitioner as above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of<\/p>\n<p>                        Rs.5,000\/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>                        each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-cum-<\/p>\n<p>                        F.T.C.No. I, Jamui in Sikandara Chandradip Police Station Case<\/p>\n<p>                        No. 118 of 1997, Sessions Trial No. 620 of 1998.<\/p>\n<p>                                   He would co-operate in the trial.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>Shashi.
