others)\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>under\u00a0Section\u00a0406\u00a0I.P.C.\u00a0Police\u00a0Station\u00a0Bargaon\u00a0District\u00a0Saharanpur\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>pending\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0Court\u00a0of\u00a0A.C.J.M.\u00a0Deoband\u00a0Saharanpur.<\/p>\n<p>Vide\u00a0order\u00a0dated\u00a027.5.2005,\u00a0after\u00a0hearing\u00a0counsel\u00a0for\u00a0the\u00a0applicants\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>and\u00a0learned\u00a0A.G.A.\u00a0this\u00a0Court\u00a0was\u00a0pleased\u00a0to\u00a0stay\u00a0the\u00a0operation\u00a0of\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>the\u00a0order\u00a0dated\u00a027&#8230;4.2005\u00a0passed\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0revisional\u00a0court.<\/p>\n<p>Learned\u00a0Counsel\u00a0for\u00a0the\u00a0applicant\u00a0has\u00a0filed\u00a0rejoinder\u00a0affidavit\u00a0dated\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>11.10.2009\u00a0in\u00a0which\u00a0in\u00a0para\u00a0No.\u00a011\u00a0,\u00a0he\u00a0has\u00a0submitted\u00a0that\u00a0that\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>parties \u00a0 have \u00a0 entered \u00a0 into \u00a0 compromise \u00a0 and \u00a0 settled \u00a0 their \u00a0 dispute\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>outside\u00a0the\u00a0court\u00a0.\u00a0The\u00a0applicant\u00a0no.1\u00a0is\u00a0living\u00a0separately\u00a0and\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Opp.\u00a0Party\u00a0no.2\u00a0has\u00a0performed\u00a0her\u00a0marriage\u00a0with\u00a0another\u00a0person.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Suit\u00a0under\u00a0Section\u00a013\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0Hindu\u00a0Marriage\u00a0Act\u00a0was\u00a0field\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Opp.\u00a0Party\u00a0No.\u00a02\u00a0which\u00a0has\u00a0been\u00a0decreed\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0court\u00a0below\u00a0on\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>13.7.2009 \u00a0 with \u00a0 the \u00a0 observation \u00a0 that \u00a0 the \u00a0 parties \u00a0 have \u00a0 entered \u00a0 into\u00a0<br \/>\n compromise \u00a0 outside \u00a0 the \u00a0 court \u00a0 and \u00a0 and \u00a0 there \u00a0 is \u00a0 no \u00a0 dispute \u00a0 and\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>differences\u00a0left\u00a0between\u00a0the\u00a0parties\u00a0and\u00a0all\u00a0disputes\u00a0and\u00a0differences\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>have\u00a0been\u00a0amicably\u00a0settled\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0parties.\u00a0Copy\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0order\u00a0dated\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>13.7.2009\u00a0is\u00a0on\u00a0record\u00a0as\u00a0Annexure\u00adR.A.\u00a02.\n<\/p>\n<p>Learned Ruchi\u00a0Agrawal\u00a0Vs.\u00a0Amit\u00a0Kumar\u00a0Agrawal\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>and\u00a0others,
