Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :26\/11\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                          ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n                         ==============\n                    W.P.(C) NO. 34909 OF 2008 (E)\n                    ====================\n\n              Dated this the 26th day of November, 2008\n\n                              J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>       Petitioner submits that they have submitted application dated<\/p>\n<p>13\/7\/2007 to the 1st respondent seeking their NOC for obtaining affiliation<\/p>\n<p>of the 3rd respondent in respect of their school. It is stated that orders on<\/p>\n<p>the application were not passed and therefore they submitted Ext.P3, a<\/p>\n<p>further representation seeking early orders on their application.
