Learned   Government   pleader   on   instructions   submits<\/p>\n<p>that   arrangements   are   already   made   and   orders   will   be   issued<\/p>\n<p>expeditiously. The same is recorded.<\/p>\n<p>      3.     Writ petition is for the time being closed.
