No.38962 of 2010\n                           SHIVJEE SAHNI, Son of Late Ramchandra Sahni\n                                                Versus\n                                         STATE OF BIHAR\n                                              -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2\/      27.10.2010             Heard learned counsel for the parties.<\/p>\n<p>                                The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier<\/p>\n<p>                     rejected on 01.06.2010, in a case under Arms Act and Sections<\/p>\n<p>                     399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Allegation is that a country made pistol was recovered<\/p>\n<p>                     from the possession of the petitioner.
