Against the order of rejection of<\/p>\n<p>                   appeal, petitioner has filed memorial before the Inspector<\/p>\n<p>                   General of Police, Mounted Military Police, Central<\/p>\n<p>                   Range, Patna (respondent no. 1). Atleast that has been<\/p>\n<p>                   asserted on behalf of the petitioner but according to him,<\/p>\n<p>                   no order has been passed on the memorial so far.<\/p>\n<p>                           If any order has been passed on the memorial of<\/p>\n<p>                   the petitioner, the same may be communicated to the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner.
