P1   order   of   penalty     imposed   on   the   petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>petitioner has filed Ext. P2 revision and Ext. P3 stay petition before<\/p>\n<p>the  2nd  respondent.   It is  stated that  even though  an  early  posting<\/p>\n<p>petition   has   been   filed,   the   matter   has   not   been   heard   till   now.\n<\/p>\n<p>While the matter is thus pending, petitioner has been served Ext. P5<\/p>\n<p>demand notice and hence this writ petition has been filed.\n<\/p>\n<p>         2.   In   view   of   the   pendency   of   the   revision   and   the   petition<\/p>\n<p>seeking stay of recovery of the amount due under Ext. P1, I dispose<\/p>\n<p>of this writ petition itself directing that the 2nd respondent shall take<\/p>\n<p>up and consider Ext. P3 application for stay filed by the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>This shall be done as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within 4<\/p>\n<p>weeks of production of  a copy of this judgment.   In the meantime<\/p>\n<p>further   proceedings   pursuant   to   Ext.
