The convict,<br \/>\nwhile on furlough leave in January 2009, absconded for 333 days and<br \/>\nwas lodged back in jail only after being arrested by Police.  After<br \/>\nbeing lodged back in jail on 16.12.2009, he has not enjoyed any<br \/>\nleave.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\t\tFor<br \/>\nthe contents of the application, the same is allowed.
