Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :17\/01\/2011\n\n O R D E R\n                       ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n                     ================\n                   W.P.(C) NO. 1603 OF 2011\n                =====================\n\n           Dated this the 17th day of January, 2011\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      In the Malappuram Revenue District Kalolsavam, petitioner<\/p>\n<p>participated in Ottanthullal. She was given second prize with A<\/p>\n<p>Grade. Appeal filed was rejected by Ext.P1 order. It is challenging<\/p>\n<p>this order, the writ petition is filed.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    A reading of Ext.P1 appeal order shows that, according<\/p>\n<p>to the petitioner, the cement floor of the stage was slippery. As<\/p>\n<p>far as this complaint of the petitioner is concerned, it should first<\/p>\n<p>be stated that all the participants had performed on the same<\/p>\n<p>floor, and if so, no prejudice special to the petitioner could have<\/p>\n<p>been caused. It is also stated that the mike was defective. As far<\/p>\n<p>as this complaint is concerned, it is seen that the report of the<\/p>\n<p>Stage Manager contradicts the claim of the petitioner. That apart,<\/p>\n<p>in the analysis report, it is stated that the song played by the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner was not audible and that the performance of the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner was inferior, and that, it was therefore that the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner was awarded second prize. Nothing has been placed on<\/p>\n<p>WPC No. 1603\/11<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              :2 :<\/span><\/p>\n<p>record to prove the aforesaid statements made in Ext.P1 to be<\/p>\n<p>factually erroneous.\n<\/p>\n<p>     I am not persuaded to interfere.
