DAVE\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 17\/02\/2011 \n\n \n\n \n \nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>Rule.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tLearned APP, Mr.A.J.Desai, waives service of notice of rule on<br \/>\n\tbehalf of respondent-State.\n<\/p>\n<p>Applicant-convict<br \/>\n\thas preferred this application for grant of 30 days of parole leave<br \/>\n\tto prefer an appeal before this Court against the judgment and order<br \/>\n\tof conviction passed by the Competent Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>Learned<br \/>\n\tAPP is submitted that the reason and ground for which application is<br \/>\n\tpreferred by the applicant is not disputed. Besides, the jail record<br \/>\n\talso appears to be reasonable.\n<\/p>\n<p>Considering<br \/>\n\tthe above aspects, applicant is a convict for the offences under<br \/>\n\tSection 304 part II of Indian Penal Code and he is ordered to<br \/>\n\tundergo for imprisonment to the 5 years, I deem it fit and proper to<br \/>\n\tgrant 15 days parole leave to the applicant on usual terms and<br \/>\n\tconditions. Upon completion of the said period, he shall surrender<br \/>\n\tbefore the jail authority.\n<\/p>\n<p>Application<br \/>\n\tis allowed accordingly.
