Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned<\/p>\n<p>Government Pleader. Learned Government Pleader points out that the<\/p>\n<p>appeal preferred by the petitioner has been returned to the petitioner for<\/p>\n<p>curing the defects.\n<\/p>\n<p>            The writ petition is disposed of as follows:<\/p>\n<p>            There will be a direction to the second respondent to consider<\/p>\n<p>and take a decision on Ext.P4 application for stay within a period of one<\/p>\n<p>month provided Ext.P3 appeal has been filed in time and represented after<\/p>\n<p>curing the defects. I make it clear that I have not expressed any opinion<\/p>\n<p>regarding the merits or maintainability of the appeal. Till such time orders<\/p>\n<p>are passed, coercive steps against vehicle No. KL 11 G 8087 will be kept in<\/p>\n<p>abeyance.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                                   (K.M.
