Case<\/p>\n<p>                       No. 36 of 2011 registered under Sections 379\/411 of the<\/p>\n<p>                       Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                     The petitioner is named in the First Information<\/p>\n<p>                       Report with allegation to flee away taking the purse of the<\/p>\n<p>                       daughter of the Informant Nand Kishore Tiwari from Kolkata<\/p>\n<p>                       Jhansi Sawtantra Sangram Express at Buxar Railway Station<\/p>\n<p>                       and he was caught hold on chase with Purse.<\/p>\n<p>                                     Taking into consideration the nature of offence, I<\/p>\n<p>                       am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail at present.<\/p>\n<p>                                     The prayer for bail is rejected.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                     However, the petitioner is at liberty to renew his<\/p>\n<p>                       prayer for bail after four months if the trial is not concluded.<\/p>\n<p>                                                           ( Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J.)<br \/>\n        S.Ali\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Sanjay Singh vs The State Of Bihar on 21 October, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Criminal Miscellaneous No.32586 of 2011 Sanjay Singh son of Tribhuwan Singh, resident of village Dubhar, P.S.
