No.11425 of 2011\n           PRAMOD CHOUDHARY, SON OF SHRI BHAGWAN CHOUDHARY\n                                        Versus\n                               THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                       -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02       20.04.2011           Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned<\/p>\n<p>                      Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                The only allegation against the petitioner is that at the time of<\/p>\n<p>                      alleged occurrence, he was standing outside the house of the informant<\/p>\n<p>                      along with his motorcycle and when the main assailants stepped down<\/p>\n<p>                      from the roof of the informant, he facilitated the aforesaid accused<\/p>\n<p>                      persons in fleeing away from the place of occurrence providing the<\/p>\n<p>                      service of his motorcycle.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as<\/p>\n<p>                      submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                      furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000\/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties<\/p>\n<p>                      of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional<\/p>\n<p>                      Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Nasriganj<\/p>\n<p>                      P.S.
