No.1039 of 2010\n                ------------------------------------------\n                Dated this the 28th day of June, 2010\n\n                             JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>J.Chelameswar, C.J.\n<\/p>\n<p>           Aggrieved by the judgment dated 19th March, 2010 by<\/p>\n<p>which a learned Judge of this Court dismissed W.P.(C) No.9011 of<\/p>\n<p>2010 in limine on the ground that the order impugned in the writ<\/p>\n<p>petition (Ext.P8) is an appealable order under the provisions of the<\/p>\n<p>Kerala Panchayat Raj Act, the present appeal is filed.       By the<\/p>\n<p>judgment under appeal, the learned Judge preserved the right of<\/p>\n<p>the writ petitioner\/appellant herein to pursue the statutory<\/p>\n<p>appellate remedy.\n<\/p>\n<p>           We do not see any reason to interfere with the<\/p>\n<p>judgment under appeal.
