    Counci} dated 25.31.2006. The said Municipal<\/p>\n
   has since been merged with the BBMP in the<\/p>\n
  month of March,2{)O7 and Wherefore the merger was made<\/p>\n
 ‘  after \ufb01iing of the writ petition, the Muriicipal Council was<\/p>\n
in existence when the impugled notice was issued and the<\/p>\n
\\\u00a7}.\n<\/p>\n
W\ufb01t petition couid not be ciismissed. He submitxed that
\nthe matter may be remitted by permitting the  to<\/p>\n
implea\u00e9 the BBMP.\n<\/p>\n
