BASANT, J.\n\n               -------------------------------------------------\n\n                      W.P.(C) NO. 924  OF   2007-I\n\n               -------------------------------------------------\n\n             Dated this the 22nd day of January, 2007\n\n\n                                JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>        The     learned   Public   Prosecutor,   on   instructions,<\/p>\n<p>submits   that   Crime   No.5\/07   of   Vilappilsala   Police   Station,<\/p>\n<p>under   Sec.420   of   the   IPC   has   been   registered   and<\/p>\n<p>investigation is in progress.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>        2.  In the light of that submission, the learned counsel for<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner submits that no further relief is necessary.<\/p>\n<p>        3.     This   writ   petition   is,   in   these   circumstances,<\/p>\n<p>dismissed   with   the   observation   that   if   the   petitioner   has   a<\/p>\n<p>grievance that proper investigation is not being conducted, it<\/p>\n<p>shall be open to the petitioner to approach this Court again.<\/p>\n<p>                                                            Sd\/-<\/p>\n<pre>\n\n\n\n\n                                                  (R.
