(Oral)\n<\/pre>\n<p>             Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that<\/p>\n<p>    regarding the same sale deed, previously she was prosecuted at the<\/p>\n<p>    instance of Harnam Singh, father of the present complainant and<\/p>\n<p>    ultimately, vide judgment dated 20.5.1994, passed by Sh. D.K.<\/p>\n<p>    Monga, PCS, Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Zira, in Criminal<\/p>\n<p>    case No. 114-2 of 1990, titled as <a href=\"\/doc\/627435\/\">Harnam Singh vs. Darshan Kaur,<\/a> she<\/p>\n<p>    was acquitted and regarding the same sale deed, the present FIR has<\/p>\n<p>    been lodged. Counsel for the petitioner has placed certain documents<\/p>\n<p>    in this regard on the file.\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">              Crl.M. No. M-9568 of 2009              -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>         So, in these circumstances, the petition stands accepted and<\/p>\n<p>in the event of arrest the petitioner is directed to be released on bail to<\/p>\n<p>the satisfaction of SHO\/Investigating Officer, on the following<\/p>\n<p>conditions:-\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>        i) that she will join the investigation, as and when required by<\/p>\n<p>            the police;\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>        ii) that she will not tamper with the evidence and<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>        iii)that she will not leave the country without prior permission<\/p>\n<p>            of the Court.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>                                            ( K.C.
