Petitioner is languishing in custody since<\/p>\n<p>                    10.08.2010 in a case registered under Section 395 of<\/p>\n<p>                    the I.P.C.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Informant&#8217;s Rs. 3000\/- and mobile phones<\/p>\n<p>                    were robbed by the unknown criminals. It is also<\/p>\n<p>                    alleged that one Markandey Pathak was also robbed.<\/p>\n<p>                    Petitioner&#8217;s name sprang up on the confession of Raju<\/p>\n<p>                    Tiwari.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 It is submitted by learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                    petitioner that no recovery has been made from the<\/p>\n<p>                    petitioner nor any TIP has been held.<\/p>\n<p>                                 A statement has been made in para 4 of the<\/p>\n<p>                    petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Considering   the    aforesaid   facts,   let   the<\/p>\n<p>                    petitioner namely Sanjay Rawat, be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                    furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/-(ten thousand) with<\/p>\n<p>                    two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction<\/p>\n<p>                    of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                    Buxar Industrial P.S.
