Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioners.\n        Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on raising an\nobjection that during pendency of the proceedings before the SDO\nunder the provisions of Madhya Pradesh Samaj Ke Kamjor Vargon\nKa Udhar Dene Walon Ke Bhumi Hadapane Sambandhi Kuchakron\nSe Paritran Tatha Mukti Adhiniyam, 1976, hearing of the civil suit\ndeserves to be stayed, but the trial Court turned down the objection\nof the petitioner while during pendency of the proceedings, further\nproceedings in civil suit ought to have been stayed. He has placed\nreliance on a decision of the Single Bench of this Court in\nRamcharan Mansha and another V. Badri Prasad Kushwaha and\nothers, 1991 MPLJ 721, and submitted that the impugned order may\nbe set aside.\n        Considering the aforesaid, issue notice to the respondent<\/pre>\n<p>No.1.\n<\/p>\n<p>        Step within a period of three working days by RAD mode.<br \/>\n        Notice be made returnable within four weeks.<br \/>\n        Shri Sudesh Verma, learned Govt.
