Respondents\n\nPrayer\n\nWrit Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India,\npraying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second\nrespondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 06.09.2010,\n16.09.2010 and 27.09.2010 to issue the cheque in favour of the petitioner's\ncompany, namely, Managing Partner, having business at VKN Shot Blasting\nIndustries, 30462, Thuvakudi, Trichy - 620015, from July 25th of 2010 to till\ndate in sum of Rs.75,12,202\/-.\n\n!For petitioner\t... M\/s.R.Jaansirani\n^For respondents... Mr.K.Prabakaran\n\n:ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tHeard Mrs.R.Jaansirani, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the<br \/>\npetitioner, as well as Mr.K.Prabakaran, the learned counsel appearing on behalf<br \/>\nof the respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel<br \/>\nappearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that it would suffice, if<br \/>\nthe first respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner&#8217;s representation,<br \/>\ndated 27.09.2010, on merits and in accordance with law, within a specified<br \/>\nperiod.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, has no<br \/>\nobjection for such an order being passed by this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t4. In view of the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this<br \/>\npetition and in view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on<br \/>\nbehalf of the petitioner, the first respondent is directed to consider and<br \/>\ndispose of the petitioner&#8217;s representation, dated 27.09.2010, on merits and in<br \/>\naccordance with law,  within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of<br \/>\na copy of this order.  The petitioner is directed to submit a copy of the<br \/>\nrepresentation, dated 27.09.2010, to the first respondent, along with a copy of<br \/>\nthis order. However, it is made clear, that this Court, by this order, has not<br \/>\nexpressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t5. The writ petition stands disposed of, with the above directions.  No<br \/>\ncosts.
