RAMKUMAR, J.\n\n                   -------------------------------\n\n                    Bail Application No.7508\/2006\n\n                    -------------------------------\n\n                        DATED: DECEMBER 19, 2006\n\n\n\n                                   O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>            Petitioner        who   is   the   1st     accused        in   Crime<\/p>\n<p>No.83\/2006   of   Kudiyanmala   Police   Station   for     offences<\/p>\n<p>punishable   under   Secs.403,   420   and   498A   I.P.C.,   seeks<\/p>\n<p>anticipatory bail.   The marriage between the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>the de facto complainant Bindu was on 8.1.2005.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.      I   heard     the   learned   counsel   for   the   petitioner<\/p>\n<p>and the learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.      Having   regard   to   the   nature   of   the   allegations<\/p>\n<p>levelled against the petitioner and the other circumstances<\/p>\n<p>of   the   case,   I   am   inclined   to   grant   anticipatory   bail   to<\/p>\n<p>the   petitioner.     Accordingly,   a   direction   is   issued   to   the<\/p>\n<p>officer-in-charge   of   the   police   station   concerned   to<\/p>\n<p>release   the   petitioner   on   bail   for   a   period   of   one   month<\/p>\n<p>in   the   event   of   his   arrest   in   connection   with   the   above<\/p>\n<p>case on his executing a bond for Rs. 10,000\/- (Ten thousand<\/p>\n<p>only) with two solvent sureties each for the like amount to<\/p>\n<p>the   satisfaction   of   the   said   officer   and   subject   to   the<\/p>\n<p>following conditions:-\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>              1.     Petitioner   shall   make     himself   available   for<\/p>\n<p>                    interrogation   as   and   when     required   by   the<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">Bail A.No.7508\/2006                       -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                       Investigating Officer.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>              2.       Petitioner   shall   not   influence   or   intimidate<\/p>\n<p>                       the   prosecution   witnesses   nor   shall   he<\/p>\n<p>                       attempt   to   tamper   with   the   evidence   for   the<\/p>\n<p>                       prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>              3.       Petitioner   shall   not   commit   any   offence<\/p>\n<p>                       while on bail.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>              4.
