The 4th petitioner has already been deleted from<\/p>\n<p>the party array. The other petitioners seek a direction to<\/p>\n<p>the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on Exhibits<\/p>\n<p>P4, P5, P6 and P8, filed by the petitioners 1, 2, 3, and 5<\/p>\n<p>respectively.\n<\/p>\n<p>    Having heard the learned Government Pleader also, I<\/p>\n<p>dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the 3rd<\/p>\n<p>respondent to consider and pass orders on Exhibits P4, P5,<\/p>\n<p>P6 and P8 after affording an opportunity of being heard to<\/p>\n<p>the petitioners, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate,<\/p>\n<p>within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this<\/p>\n<p>judgment.
