Sanjay Majmudar &amp; Associates, has not<br \/>\nreconsidered the earlier report and has not refixed the final<br \/>\npercentage correctly, and, therefore, it appears that for whatever<br \/>\nreason the said firm is not interested in doing the work assigned to<br \/>\nit.  Under the circumstances, the Official Liquidator is hereby<br \/>\ndirected to get fresh report from another Chartered Accountant within<br \/>\na period of two weeks from today and submit the same before this<br \/>\nCourt.  In view of the above, the Official Liquidator is hereby<br \/>\ndirected not to assign any work to the aforesaid Chartered Accountant<br \/>\nfirm and delete its name from the panel maintained by him.
