This Revision Petition has been filed by Petitioner, GDA against the order of State Commission dismissing the appeal filed by them against the order of the District Court Forum allowing the complaint filed by the Respondent\/Complainant.\n<\/p>\n<p>2. The Ld. Counsel for the GDA argues that they are aggrieved by the rate of interest and the period for which interest has been granted. In HUDA and Ors. v. Darsh Kumar (Revision Petition No. 1197 of 1998), we have already agreed with grant of interest @ 18%. In the present case we find that it is as per our own order referred to above. Even though money was deposited in 1989, rate of interest ordered to be paid is from 1.1.94, covering the two years period after the deposit of amount, and the period covered by stay granted by the Allahabad High Court and rate of interest awarded to the Respondent is 18%.\n<\/p>\n<p>3. We find no ground to interfere with the orders passed by both the lower forum. Revision Petition is dismissed.
