Heard        learned           counsels       for    the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner and the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                The        petitioner          is    languishing         in<\/p>\n<p>                   custody        since         03.06.2011             in     a     case<\/p>\n<p>                   registered         under        Sections         147,    148,    149,<\/p>\n<p>                   307,     302       of     the    Indian          Penal    Code    and<\/p>\n<p>                   Section 27 of the Arms Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                The    specific          accusation         of causing<\/p>\n<p>                   fire    arm    injury           is    against      Ramod       Kunwar.<\/p>\n<p>                   Though it is alleged that the petitioner was<\/p>\n<p>                   also a member of unlawful assembly.<\/p>\n<p>                                Considering             the     aforesaid      facts,<\/p>\n<p>                   let     the        petitioner,             above      named,      be<\/p>\n<p>                   released on bail on furnishing bail bond of<\/p>\n<p>                   Rs.10,000\/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties<\/p>\n<p>                   of the like amount each to the satisfaction<\/p>\n<p>                   of     the     learned               C.J.M.      Begusarai        in<\/p>\n<p>                   connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 55<\/p>\n<p>                   of 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n       U.
