CHHOTU\n                                          Versus\n                               THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   31.03.2011               Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as<\/p>\n<p>                 learned Additional Public Prosecutor for State.<\/p>\n<p>                             Although, there is allegation of attempt to rape against<\/p>\n<p>                 the petitioner, but submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>                 that one Rabina Khatoon who happens to be relative of petitioner had<\/p>\n<p>                 lodged Bakhiarpur P.S. Case No.31\/2010 against the maternal<\/p>\n<p>                 nephew of informant of this case on 18.12.2010 and the present case<\/p>\n<p>                 has been filed by the informant in retaliation of the above stated<\/p>\n<p>                 Bakhiarpur P.S. Case No.31\/2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Taking into consideration the above stated submissions<\/p>\n<p>                 as well as this aspect of the matter that the petitioner is languishing<\/p>\n<p>                 in jail custody since 25.10.2010, let the petitioner, namely, Md.<\/p>\n<p>                 Chhotu be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>                 (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>                 satisfaction of Sri K.M. Sharan, Sessions Judge, F.T.C., Ist, Saharsa<\/p>\n<p>                 in connection with S.T.
