RADHAKRISHNAN, J\n                         -------------------\n                     W.P.(C).37157\/2009\n                        --------------------\n          Dated this the 22nd day of December, 2009\n\n                         JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>     The impugned Ext.P5 is a provisional order under Section<\/p>\n<p>133 Cr.P.C. The petitioner has to show cause against that<\/p>\n<p>order.   Ext.P6 is the follow up action based on Ext.P5.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore the    moment the ADM vacates the provisional<\/p>\n<p>direction contained in Ext.P5, Ext.P6 will also stand vacated.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, the writ petition is ordered that if the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>shows cause to Ext.P5, that will be appropriately considered<\/p>\n<p>without delay by the ADM, after hearing the necessary parties.<\/p>\n<p>                     THOTTATHIL B.
