SIRI JAGAN, J.\n               - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                   W.P.(C)No. 9980 of 2010\n               - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n           Dated this the 24th day of March, 2010\n\n                         J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     The petitioners are working on working arrangement<\/p>\n<p>in the House Keeping Committee of the Government<\/p>\n<p>Medical College Hospital and Government SAT Hospital<\/p>\n<p>under the supervision of respondents 5 &amp; 6. They anticipate<\/p>\n<p>termination of their working arrangement. In the above<\/p>\n<p>circumstances the petitioners have filed Exts.P4 &amp; P4 (a)<\/p>\n<p>before the 1st respondent. Petitioners seek a direction to<\/p>\n<p>the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Exts.P4 &amp;<\/p>\n<p>P4 (a) as expeditiously as possible.<\/p>\n<p>     2.   I have heard the learned Government Pleader<\/p>\n<p>also. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I dispose<\/p>\n<p>of this writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to<\/p>\n<p>consider and pass orders on Exts.P4 &amp; P4 (a) as<\/p>\n<p>expeditiously as possible, at any rate within a period of<\/p>\n<p>three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C)No. 9980 of 2010<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>judgment, after affording an opportunity of being heard to a<\/p>\n<p>representative of the petitioners.<\/p>\n<p>      3.    The petitioner shall forward a copy of the writ<\/p>\n<p>petition along with a certified copy of this judgment to the<\/p>\n<p>1st respondent for compliance.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                              S.
