No.42332 of 2010\n                                     ANJANI KUMAR\n                                           Versus\n                                    STATE OF BIHAR\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   27.01.2011            Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as<\/p>\n<p>                 learned counsel for the state.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          Both the above-said Cr. Misc. Cases arise out of the<\/p>\n<p>                 same case i.e. Bhagwanpur (Teyay) P.S. Case No. 109 of 2010<\/p>\n<p>                 registered under section- 386 of the Indian Penal Code and<\/p>\n<p>                 sections-25(i-B)a, 26 &amp; 35 of the Arms Act and accordingly,<\/p>\n<p>                 both the above-said Cr. Misc. Cases are being disposed of by<\/p>\n<p>                 this common order.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          Allegedly, one country-made pistol was recovered<\/p>\n<p>                 from possession of the petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 44664 of 2010<\/p>\n<p>                 whereas two live cartridges were recovered from possession of<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 42332 of 2010. Although there is<\/p>\n<p>                 allegation that petitioners were terrorizing the local shopkeepers<\/p>\n<p>                 to extract the extortion money from them but admittedly, none of<\/p>\n<p>                 the local people has lodged the instant case. Furthermore, the<\/p>\n<p>                 impugned order of learned Sessions Judge reveals that<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioners carry some criminal antecedent but considering the<\/p>\n<p>                 period of detention as well as facts and circumstances of the<\/p>\n<p>                 case, both the petitioners, namely Ramesh Kumar and Anjani<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        Kumar are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail<\/p>\n<p>        bond of Rs 10,000\/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of<\/p>\n<p>        the like amount each in connection with Bhagwanpur (Teyay)<\/p>\n<p>        P.S.
