No.26069 of 2010\n                  Rajendra Rai, son of Jaggan Rai, resident of village-\n                  Paharpur, P.S.- Sakra, District- Muzaffarpur --- Petitioner.\n                                          Versus\n                                  State of Bihar            ---- Opp. Party.\n                                            -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>4\/   27-10-2010              Heard the parties.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             In   a   criminal   prosecution   registered   under<\/p>\n<p>                   section 392 of the Indian Penal Code, the petitioner is not<\/p>\n<p>                   named in the F.I.R. as an accused. It appears that three<\/p>\n<p>                   unknown miscreants snatched the motorcycle and some<\/p>\n<p>                   other belongings of the informant.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             It is submitted that the petitioner is not named<\/p>\n<p>                   in the F.I.R. as an accused and after a long delay his name<\/p>\n<p>                   was disclosed before the Investigating Officer by co-<\/p>\n<p>                   accused as his accomplice. It is further submitted that T.I.<\/p>\n<p>                   Parade was held, wherein the petitioner was identified but<\/p>\n<p>                   it was held after a long delay of one year and, therefore, it<\/p>\n<p>                   has got no evidentiary value in the eye of law. The<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner is stated to be in judicial custody since<\/p>\n<p>                   23.03.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Learned counsel for the State has opposed the<\/p>\n<p>                   prayer for bail and has pointed out that the petitioner has<\/p>\n<p>                   got criminal history and he is accused in some other<\/p>\n<p>                   criminal cases also .\n<\/p>\n<p>                             In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the<\/p>\n<p>                   case, the prayer for bail on behalf of the petitioner in<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>           connection with Tajpur (Pusa) P.S. Case No. 123\/ 2009,<\/p>\n<p>           T.R.
