RAMKUMAR, J.\n\n                           - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n                     BAIL APPLICATION NO.276 OF 2007\n\n               - - - - - - - - - ----------------------- - - - - - -\n\n             DATED THIS THE 18th  DAY OF JANUARY, 2007\n\n\n                                      O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>       Petitioners who are accused 2 to 4 in Crime No.618\/06 of Kannur<\/p>\n<p>Town Police Station for an offence punishable under section 420 read<\/p>\n<p>with section 34 IPC, seek anticipatory bail.  The accused are alleged to<\/p>\n<p>have   cheated   the   de   facto   complainant   by   getting   overseas<\/p>\n<p>employment   in   a   Company   which   was   closed     soon   after   the<\/p>\n<p>commencement of service.\n<\/p>\n<p>       2.     In as much as the case is originated on a private complaint<\/p>\n<p>filed   and   the   de   facto   complainant   was   able   to   secure   employment<\/p>\n<p>through   the   petitioners,   although   the   same   did   not   last   long,   I   am<\/p>\n<p>inclined   to   grant   anticipatory   bail   to   the   petitioners.     Accordingly,   a<\/p>\n<p>direction   is   issued   to   the   officer-in-charge   of   the   police   station<\/p>\n<p>concerned to release  petitioners on bail for a period of one month  in<\/p>\n<p>the event of their arrest in connection with the above case on each of<\/p>\n<p>them executing a bond for Rs.10,000\/- with two solvent sureties each<\/p>\n<p>for the like amount to the satisfaction of the said officer and subject to<\/p>\n<p>the following conditions:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>               1.      2nd  petitioners   shall   report   before   the   Investigating<\/p>\n<p>               Officer between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. on all Wednesdays.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<pre>B.A.NO.                             Page numbers\n\n\n\n              2.     Petitioners   shall   make     themselves   available   for\n\n<\/pre>\n<blockquote><p>              interrogation as and when  required by the  Investigating<\/p>\n<p>              Officer.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>              3.       Petitioners   shall   not   influence   or   intimidate   the<\/p>\n<p>              prosecution   witnesses   nor   shall   they   attempt   to   tamper<\/p>\n<p>              with the evidence for the prosecution.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>              4.       Petitioners   shall   not   commit   any   offence   while   on<\/p>\n<p>              bail.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>              5.
