Justice V.RAMKUMAR\n\n Dated :19\/11\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                         V.RAMKUMAR, J.\n              ----------------------------------------------\n               Bail Application No.7333 of 2010\n             ------------------------------------------------\n         Dated this the 19th day of November, 2010\n\n                                ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioners, who are accused Nos.1 to 7 in Crime No.964<\/p>\n<p>of 2010 of Trichur West Police Station for offences punishable<\/p>\n<p>under Sections 143, 147, 148, 323, 324, 326 &amp; 308 read with<\/p>\n<p>Section 149 I.P.C., seek anticipatory bail.<\/p>\n<p>      2.    The learned Public Prosecutor opposed the application.<\/p>\n<p>      3.     Anticipatory bail cannot be granted in a case of this<\/p>\n<p>nature.   But at the same time,         I am inclined to permit the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners to surrender before the Investigating Officer for the<\/p>\n<p>purpose of interrogation and then to have their application for bail<\/p>\n<p>considered by the Magistrate having jurisdiction. Accordingly, the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners shall surrender before the investigating officer on<\/p>\n<p>27\/11\/2010 or on 28\/11\/2010 for the purpose of interrogation<\/p>\n<p>and recovery of incriminating material, if any.
