No.3540 of 2011\n                        CHHOTU CHOUDHARY\n                                 Versus\n                         THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   14.03.2011              The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a<\/p>\n<p>                 case registered under Sections 363, 366(A), 376,324, 307 &amp;<\/p>\n<p>                 120B of the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            In statement under Section 164 of the Criminal<\/p>\n<p>                 Procedure Code, the victim has alleged that forceful physical<\/p>\n<p>                 relationship was established by Bhola Choudhary.<\/p>\n<p>                            Considering the fact that one Sanjay Choudhary<\/p>\n<p>                 has been granted bail by this court vide Cr. Misc. No. 25873<\/p>\n<p>                 of 2010, let the petitioner namely, Chhotu Choudhary be<\/p>\n<p>                 released on anticipatory bail, in the event of his arrest or<\/p>\n<p>                 surrender before the learned Court below within a period of<\/p>\n<p>                 four   weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>                 each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>                 Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Sirdalla (Meskaur)<\/p>\n<p>                 P.S.
