No.36315 of 2011\n          Ramsewak Mandal son of late Shiv Bhajan Mandal, resident of village- Tatriaya,\n          P.S.-Sherghati, District- Gaya                                   ...Petitioner\n                                          Versus\n            The State Of Bihar                                                  ...OP\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2\/   14.11.2011                  Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as<\/p>\n<p>                     learned Additional Public Prosecutor for State.<\/p>\n<p>                                 The petitioner is in jail custody since 25.02.2011 in a<\/p>\n<p>                     case registered under section 302\/34 of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>                                 The petitioner is not named in the First Information<\/p>\n<p>                     Report, but in course of investigation, co-accused Ganouri Mandal,<\/p>\n<p>                     disclosed this fact that the deceased had illicit relationship with the<\/p>\n<p>                     Bhabhu of this petitioner and it was the petitioner, who committed<\/p>\n<p>                     the murder of the deceased. Subsequently, the petitioner was<\/p>\n<p>                     arrested and he too confessed his guilt. Apart from the aforesaid<\/p>\n<p>                     material, there is nothing against the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as<\/p>\n<p>                     well as the submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above<\/p>\n<p>                     named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>                     (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>                     satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati,<\/p>\n<p>                     Gaya, in connection with Sherghati P.S.
