RAMKUMAR, J.\n\n                   -------------------------------\n\n                    Bail Application No.7484\/2006\n\n                   -------------------------------\n\n                       DATED: DECEMBER 19, 2006\n\n\n\n                                O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner who is the 7th accused in Crime No.620\/2006<\/p>\n<p>of Kayamkulam Police Station for   offences punishable under<\/p>\n<p>Secs.143, 144, 147, 148, 323, 324 and 302 read with sec.149<\/p>\n<p>I.P.C.,   seeks   his     enlargement   on   bail.     The   occurrence<\/p>\n<p>took   place   on   16.11.2006.         The   petitioner   surrendered<\/p>\n<p>before the J.F.C.M., Kayamkulam on 28.11.2006.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.     I   heard     the   learned   counsel   for   the   petitioner<\/p>\n<p>and the learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.     Having regard to the nature of the   offences, the<\/p>\n<p>duration   of   judicial   custody   of   the   petitioner   and   the<\/p>\n<p>other   circumstances   of   the   case   etc.,     I   am   inclined   to<\/p>\n<p>grant   bail   to   the   petitioner.     Accordingly,   the   petitioner<\/p>\n<p>is  directed  to  be  released  on  bail  on  his  executing  a  bond<\/p>\n<p>for   Rs.   10,000\/-   (Rupees   ten   thousand   only)   with   two<\/p>\n<p>solvent   sureties   each   for   the   like   amount   to   the<\/p>\n<p>satisfaction of the J.F.C.M., Kayamkulam and subject to the<\/p>\n<p>following conditions:-\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>            1.    The   petitioner   shall   report   before   the<\/p>\n<p>                  Investigating   Officer   between   9   a.m.   and   11<\/p>\n<p>                  a.m. on all Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">Bail A.No.7484\/2006                   -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>            2.   The        petitioner   shall   not   influence   or<\/p>\n<p>                  intimidate the prosecution witnesses nor shall<\/p>\n<p>                  he attempt to tamper with the evidence for the<\/p>\n<p>                  prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>            3.
