As per the order<br \/>\ndated 16th March 2011 the accused was supposed to remain<br \/>\npresent at Mehsana City Police Station on 21st March 2011<br \/>\nbetween 9 AM and 2 PM.  However, it is submitted by learned advocate<br \/>\nfor the accused-applicant that due to ill-health and other<br \/>\nunavoidable circumstances the applicant-accused was unable to appear<br \/>\nand remain present before the Investigating Officer at the concerned<br \/>\nPolice Station on 21st March 2011.   Learned advocate,<br \/>\ntherefore, requests that any other date may be fixed for the<br \/>\nappearance of the accused-applicant at the concerned police station.<br \/>\n In the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the<br \/>\ngrounds raised in the application, the accused-applicant shall now<br \/>\nremain present before the concerned police station on 11th<br \/>\nApril 2011 between 9 AM and 2 PM without fail.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tRule<br \/>\nis made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
