No.4122 of 2011\n                          BALBIR YADAV, SON OF LATE NARAYAN YADAV\n                                                Versus\n                                     THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                              -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02        23.03.2011             Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well<\/p>\n<p>                       as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                     Although, the case has been registered under<\/p>\n<p>                       Section 376 read with Section 511 of the Indian Penal Code<\/p>\n<p>                       but submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that, at<\/p>\n<p>                       best, a case of Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code is made<\/p>\n<p>                       out.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                     Taking into consideration the above stated<\/p>\n<p>                       submissions as well as this aspect of the matter that the case<\/p>\n<p>                       has been registered after four days of the alleged occurrence,<\/p>\n<p>                       let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds<\/p>\n<p>                       of Rs. 10,000\/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                       amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>                       Khagaria in connection with Mansi P.S.
