He also submitted that the Appellate<br \/>\nCourt has passed the impugned order without assigning any reason<br \/>\nignoring the provision of law.  He relied upon the decision in case<br \/>\nof  Alekhya Ghosal Vs.  Matri<br \/>\nSangha Janakalyan Ashram reported in AIR 2001 Calcutta 19.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIt<br \/>\nappears from the impugned order that the appellate Court has, while<br \/>\nissuing show cause notice, directed the respondent, present<br \/>\npetitioner to maintain status quo with respect to the disputed land<br \/>\nwithout assigning reasons.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn<br \/>\nview of the above, Rule returnable on 2\/12\/2011.
