Hemlata Kumari Wife of Sunil Kumar, Primary\n                 School Harijan Tola, Gopalbad, P.S. Sarmera, District\n                 Nalanda.\n                                                   --Petitioner\n\n                                              Versus\n\n             The State Of Bihar                        --Opp.Party\n\n2   22.07.2011<\/pre>\n
                Heard learned counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n
                     and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the<\/p>\n
                     State.\n<\/p>\n
                              Petitioner is named accused in this case<\/p>\n
                     with only allegation that inspite of extended period<\/p>\n
                     she failed to submit D.C. bill which, as appears from<\/p>\n
                     letter no.179 dated 23.11.2010 of the informant, that<\/p>\n
                     is, Block Education Officer, has already not only been<\/p>\n
                     submitted on 7.09.2010 but after thorough auditing<\/p>\n
                     no irregularity was found.     Basing thereof on the<\/p>\n
                     submission of the Public Prosecutor learned Sessions<\/p>\n
                     Judge vide his order in 30.11.2010 passed in ABP<\/p>\n
                     1415 of 2010 had already stated that petitioner has no<\/p>\n
                     apprehension    of   arrest   and,   accordingly,   the<\/p>\n
                     application was dismissed.\n<\/p>\n
                           2<\/span><\/p>\n
                  In view of the aforesaid communication by<\/p>\n
         the informant himself to the State, the petitioner has<\/p>\n
         no genuine apprehension. Hence, the application is<\/p>\n
         disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
