Compounded quarterly till the<br \/>\ndates of repayment and;\n<\/p>\n<p>\t(iii)<br \/>\n\tto make all these amounts transferable outside India at the current<br \/>\nexchange rates.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t(D)<br \/>\n\t\tTo Award such amount of interest on the aforesaid amount as may be<br \/>\nrequired in the in the interest of justice.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.0\tDuring<br \/>\nthe course of hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the<br \/>\nrespondents have drawn the attention of the Court to the decision of<br \/>\nthe Supreme Court reported in <a href=\"\/doc\/150091374\/\">C.Jacob v. Director of Geology<br \/>\nand Mining and<\/a> another, reported in (2008) 10 SCC 115 as well<br \/>\nas a decision of this Court in the case of Patan Taluka Muman&#8217;s<br \/>\nCattle Breeding and Milk Supplying<br \/>\nreported in 1996(2) GLH 752,<br \/>\nand have submitted that in light of the observations made by the Apex<br \/>\nCourt as well as this Court in the above cited decisions, the present<br \/>\npetition is required to be rejected.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.0\tHaving<br \/>\nheard the petitioner-Party-In-Person<br \/>\nas well as the learned<br \/>\ncounsel appearing for the respective parties and perusing the above<br \/>\ncited decisions, I am of the opinion that the case of the respondents<br \/>\nis squarely covered by the aforesaid decisions and, therefore, no<br \/>\ninterference is called for at the hands of this Court. Hence, in<br \/>\nlight of the observations made by the Apex Court as well as this<br \/>\nCourt in the above cited decisions, the present petition is required<br \/>\nto be dismissed and the same is hereby dismissed. Rule is discharged<br \/>\nwith no order as to costs.
