SIRI JAGAN, J.\n                -----------------------------------\n                   W.P.(C) No.36443 OF 2010\n              ---------------------------------------\n           Dated this the 7th day of December, 2010\n\n                           JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioners in this writ petition entered Government<\/p>\n<p>service after putting in prior military service. For the purpose of<\/p>\n<p>granting of higher grade they want the military service also to be<\/p>\n<p>taken into account. According to them, they are so entitled to, in<\/p>\n<p>view of Exts.P7 to P9 and P11 to P13 judgments of this Court as<\/p>\n<p>also Exts.P10, P14 and P15 orders passed pursuant to those<\/p>\n<p>judgments.    In the above circumstances, the petitioners have<\/p>\n<p>filed Exts.P16 series of representations before the 3rd respondent.<\/p>\n<p>The petitioners seek a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider<\/p>\n<p>and pass orders on Exts.P16 series of representations in the light<\/p>\n<p>of Exts.P7 to P9 and P11 to P13 judgments and Exts.P10, P14<\/p>\n<p>and    P15   orders   passed    pursuant     to  those   judgments<\/p>\n<p>expeditiously.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2. I have heard the learned Government Pleader also.<\/p>\n<p>     In the facts and circumstances of the case, I dispose of this<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">W.P.(C)No.36443\/10                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>writ petition with a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider<\/p>\n<p>and pass orders on Exts.P16 series of representations as<\/p>\n<p>expeditiously as possible, at any rate within a period of two<\/p>\n<p>months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.<\/p>\n<p>While passing orders, the third respondent shall consider the<\/p>\n<p>applicability of Exts.P7 to P9 and P11 to P13 judgments as also<\/p>\n<p>Exts.P10, P14 and P15 orders to the facts of the petitioners&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>case.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                     S.
